This page explains what information SitesByNjabulo collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this in plain language on purpose. No legal jargon you need a dictionary for.

Who We Are

SitesByNjabulo is a web design business run by Njabulo. You can reach us any time at sitesbynjabulo@gmail.com. This policy covers the website at sitesbynjabulo.com.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two ways you might do that on this site:

• Contact form. If you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), business type, and whatever message you send us.
• Booking a call. If you book a call through our scheduling widget, we collect your name, email address, and your answers to a few questions about your business, like the name of your business, what problems you're facing, and your approximate monthly revenue. We ask these so we can prepare for the call instead of wasting your time on the basics.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us for one reason: to respond to you and, if it makes sense, to work with you on your website. Specifically, we use it to:

• Reply to your message or inquiry
• Prepare for and hold your booked call
• Follow up about a project if you've asked to work with us

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it out. We do not use it for anything other than talking to you about your website.

Services We Use

We rely on a few outside companies to run this website and its forms. Each one only sees the information needed to do its job:

• Formspree handles our contact form submissions and delivers them to our email.
• Cal.com powers our call booking widget and handles scheduling, calendar invites, and video call links.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font from Google's servers shares your IP address with Google, the same as visiting any site that uses Google Fonts.
• Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use this site, things like which pages get viewed, roughly how many people visit, and what device or location they're browsing from. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email, or anything you type into our forms; it only sees anonymized usage data tied to a cookie identifier, not to you personally.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We chose services with solid privacy practices, but we'd encourage you to review theirs if you want the full picture: Formspree's policy, Cal.com's policy, and Google's policy.

Cookies

The first time you visit this site, you'll see a small banner asking whether it's okay to use analytics cookies. Nothing gets set until you click "Accept." If you click "Decline," or just close the banner, we don't load Google Analytics at all and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.

We don't set any cookies of our own on this site. The only cookie-setting service is Google Analytics, and only once you've accepted. Cal.com may use its own cookies to manage your booking session when you use the booking widget. You can also block or delete any cookies at any time through your browser's settings. None of this affects your ability to use the site, browse pages, or reach us through the contact form or Apply page.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep contact form and booking submissions for as long as it's useful to us, generally while we're in touch with you, and for a reasonable time after in case you reach back out. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just email us and we will.

Your Rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information entirely

Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
