These terms cover two things: using this website, and working with SitesByNjabulo on a project. By browsing this site or hiring us, you're agreeing to what's below. We've kept it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it.

Who We Are

SitesByNjabulo is a web design business run by Njabulo, building custom websites and landing pages for small and local service businesses. You can reach us at sitesbynjabulo@gmail.com. These terms apply to the website at sitesbynjabulo.com and to any project we agree to do together.

Description of Services

We design and build websites, landing pages, and website redesigns. Depending on what you sign up for, we may also offer:

• Ongoing monthly support and maintenance after launch
• Google Business Profile management
• On-page SEO

Exact pricing, scope, timeline, and revisions for a specific project are agreed separately in a quote or service agreement before work begins. These general terms fill in the gaps, they don't replace a signed project agreement where one exists.

Using This Website

You're welcome to browse this site, read about our work, and use the contact and application forms to reach us. In exchange, please don't:

• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content, design, or code without permission
• Use the contact or application forms to send spam, malware, or anything abusive
• Misrepresent who you are when submitting a form

We can suspend or restrict access to the site for anyone who does the above.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, its design, layout, copy, graphics, and code, belongs to SitesByNjabulo unless stated otherwise. You can't copy or reuse it for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

For client projects: once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website files and design transfers to you, the client, as spelled out in your project agreement. Until final payment is made, the work remains our property. We also keep the right to showcase completed projects in our own portfolio, on this website, and on our social media, unless you specifically ask us not to and we agree to that in writing.

Payments and Project Terms

Pricing for websites depends on scope, generally between $500 and $3,000, with an exact quote given after we understand your project. Google Business Profile management and on-page SEO are billed as monthly retainers, priced individually. Payment terms, deposits, and revision limits for a specific project are set out in that project's quote or agreement, which takes priority over this general page if the two ever conflict.

No Guarantees

We build sites to convert, and we're upfront about that being the whole point. But we can't promise a specific number of leads, sales, or ranking position, too much of that depends on your offer, your market, and factors outside a website's control. What we do promise is a site built using conversion-focused design practices, delivered to the scope we agreed on.

Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, SitesByNjabulo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including lost profits or lost business, even if we were told that was possible. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to and uses third-party services, including Cal.com, Formspree, Google Fonts, and Google Analytics. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. See our Privacy Policy for more on that.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SitesByNjabulo operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a specific clause here is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms still stand.
